All year long program at Go Dhyan Garden
Every day, the Go Dhyan Garden offers a variety of meditations for every type of person. They mostly take place in the largest meditation hall Zorba the Buddha.
They include:
• 6:00 am Dynamic Meditation
Dynamic Meditation is five-stage meditation consisting of deep breathing, catharsis, grounding and centering, silence, and celebration.
• 12:00 am Noon dance celebration
• 4:00 pm Tai Chi at the garden
• 4:45 pm Kundalini Meditation
Kudalini meditation is four-part meditation including vigorous shaking of the body, celebrative dance, and silent witnessing
• 7:00 pm Evening Video and dance celebration
• 8:00 pm A different meditation or dance celebration at some days of the week
Most Active Meditations are accompanied by specially-created music which indicates the beginning of each phase of the meditations and energetically supports each stage.
